Why a decal?
Our decals are a great way to transform any room! Our decals are made using a high-quality vinyl that is very thin. Our decals give you the appearance and feel of a painted-on-look without all the hassle and mess of painting!
How is my decal made?
Our cut decals are cut from one of our 53 colors of high-quality vinyl. The design is literally cut out from solid colored rolls of vinyl. The excess material is then peeled or ‘weeded’ away, leaving behind your design. We then apply a transfer tape, which you will use to apply your decal to your walls! Some decals may come in a few sections based on size or design. Each comes with easy to follow installation instructions!
Are decals removable?
Decals are just as easy to remove as they are to install! Simply start at one corner, roll them down at an angle and gently peel off the wall. Our decals will remove cleanly and easily without leaving behind any sticky residue or damaging your walls.
Are decals reusable?
Decals are not reusable. Because we use the highest quality of vinyl, they might still retain their ‘stickiness’ once removed. However, because the material is very thin, the decal will not retain it’s shape or design once removed.
Are decals safe for apartments and dorm room walls?
Absolutely! Our decals are perfect for apartments and dorm room walls as long as they are a smooth surface. Our decals also great for weddings, receptions, parties, events, etc.. They are ideal for easy removal and shorter-term applications while still being strong enough to stay applied long-term until you’re ready to peel them off!
Will decals work on glass or on my car?
Our decals are made of a high quality outdoor-rated vinyl. Our colors are rated for up to 3 years of outdoor use. They are rated for indoor use as long as you choose to leave them up! Our decals can be easily applied to mirrors and our etched glass vinyl creates a beautiful effect without any permanent damage to mirrors.
How do I apply my decal?
Our decals are very easy to install! Your decal will come with installation instructions as well as a squeegee for application. Our step-by-step instructions are very easy to follow. If you want to check out our installation instructions ahead of time you can see them here.
Please note: Some of our larger decals come in sections that will seamlessly overlap during installation.
How long can I store my decal before applying it?
We suggest that you apply your decal within 60 days of receiving it. If you choose to store it for more than 60 days, we are unable to guarantee the quality and ease of application for your decal and will not honor any exchanges or returns.
Custom Decals
I can't find what I'm looking for. Can you create a custom design for me?
Absolutely! We'd love to work together to help you with your custom decal! Whether you need us to create a custom designed decal or have a design in mind already, we can definitely help you with your request! Depending on the custom request, an additional graphic design fee or a deposit may be required. Please fill out our Contact Us Form.
Can I order my decal in a different size?
Yes, most of our decals can be made to fit the dimensions you need! Let us know – by filling out our Contact Us Form - which decal you’re interested in and what size you’d like. We will try our best to make the design work with the size you need!

I am not sure what color decal I want, can you help me?
Sure! Please order one of our color swatch sample packs – here - so that you can match the colors in person. Colors can change based on your computers color management settings. To ensure the best color match it is best to order a vinyl sample sheet. Also, when choosing your colors, please note that if you overlay a lighter color over a darker color – the darker color may be slightly visible through the lighter color.
I just painted my walls. How long should I wait before applying my new decal?
Our vinyl manufacturer recommends that freshly painted surfaces be allowed to dry for 2 weeks before applying decals. This allows ample time for the surface to completely dry, thus allowing the decals to stick properly!
I have ZERO VOC, VOC FREE PAINT, PAINT and PRIMER IN ONE, what can I do?
If you think you may have any of these types of paints please request a test decal so you can make sure it will stick before purchasing one of our decals.
PLEASE NOTE: If you purchase a decal, despite having any of these types of paint, and your decal does not stick – NO refund, replacement, or exchange will be honored.
I have LOW VOC, NO VOC, and/or paint with stain-blockers. Will the decal stick?
Unfortunately, our decals (and almost ALL other types of self adhesive wall decals sold by other companies) may not adhere to walls that are painted with LOW or NO VOC paints. This warning comes directly from our vinyl manufacturer.
Our decals will absolutely not stick to walls painted with any type of paint with a stain-blocker in it. The sole purpose of a stain-blocker is to prevent things from sticking! Please request a test decal to test your walls first. If you do order a decal, please use the test decal first.

I have textured walls; will a decals work on textured surfaces?
Decals work best on smooth surfaces and walls. Certain types of textured paint, such as paint with a sand or gritty component, will prevent your decal from sticking. If you have a regular drywall surface, our decals should adhere just fine. We always recommend requesting and using a test decal before purchasing if you are unsure!
Will vinyl decals damage my walls?
Our decals simply peel off when you're ready to change the look of your space!
